 Why I like the idea of 4:12.
Everything is in 4:12. Salvation, Word of God and Discipleship is found in 4:12.Acts 4:12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.
Heb. 4:12 For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
Eph. 4:12 to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.
These verse are so potent. Its like those food that says "just add water".
What we need to do is just add "faith" and share it to people.
Let's be encouraged by the word today. There is no message, no name, no possibility for salvation apart from Christ.
Second, there is no weapon perfect to do the job other than the Word of God. Its our cutting edge. Study the word - that's all you need to fight the devil with. (Matt. 4:4 Jesus answered, “It is written...)
Lastly, there is no other way nor method of changing a nation other than discipleship. Let us prepare God's people for works of service, through small groups, prayer and the word.
Next time you minister, remember 4:12.
